Can we customize our trip?
Sure, Captain Todd is happy to customize your boat tour or fishing charter in advance. He will make every effort to personalize your day based on your group's interests and fishing experience.
How do I book a scenic tour or fishing charter?

What should we wear?
- White bottom/non-marking soled shoes or Boat shoes preferred but not required
- Swimsuits, shorts and t-shirts; UV protective shirts are great
- Sunglasses and hat
What should we bring?
- Sunscreen
- Sunglasses and hat
- Beach towels
- Beach bag for collecting shells
- Lunch if you want to picnic on a beach or island
- Cell phone or camera for photos
- Bottled water provided for your convenience. You're responsible for bringing anything else.
How many people can we bring?
Up to 6 passengers per vessel
Are children welcome?
- Children are welcome
- Children must wear USCG-approved life jackets
Is alcohol allowed onboard?
Yes, in MODERATION. Please drink responsibly. (No glass bottles)
Is a NC Fishing License required?
No! You are not required to purchase a NC Fishing License when fishing with Hook, Line and Sandbar charters.
Is fishing gear and bait provided?
- Yes, Todd will have the fishing gear, lures and bait available for you
Is payment required at time of booking?
25% deposit required at time of booking. Remaining 75% due prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy
- Weather is always a deciding factor. Captain Todd will reschedule your tour or refund your payment in full if weather conditions are unfavorable.
- Deposit/Payment refunded if cancelled within 5 days of departure date
What happens if weather conditions are bad?
We will contact you to reschedule your trip if the weather conditions are bad.
What about Fuel Surcharges?
Rates and Packages subject to change. Due to fluctuating fuel prices, a fuel surcharge may apply. Confirm your final price with us 7-10 days prior to your charter.
